SMARTTEG is a business technology company, dedicated to the outsourcing of technology operations in various modalities, with specialization in more than 10 topics associated with the hardware we sell, knowledge in third-party technology where we act as advisors and with multi-industry experience.

Based on the actual skills, the Call Taker will be required either to:

1. Cold call

  • Cold call a potential customer to generate interest in our products
  • Fill out all required fields in our CRM system
  • Transfer the call to a Sales Person

2. Close

  • Drive the Customer into the options we offer
  • Follow up with the Customer if necessary
  • Close the sale

Professional requirements are:

  • Excellent English pronunciation
  • 1 year experience in similar positions
  • Basic computer and web browsing skills
